Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at affordableforkiwis@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: East Tamaki, Auckland, Auckland, AUK, 2023, New Zealand If your return is accepted, 

 You can always contact us for any return questions at affordableforkiwis@gmail.com. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND:

For a full refund the goods must be returned in a original package as received by the purchaser. Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. For furniture we recommend that you check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before purchase., courier and shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are exchanging for an item, which you paid for shipping on, your shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, if the requested exchange item has shipping fees, you will be responsible for those as well.
